Happy Halloween And Bon Voyage!
We have a lively series of events to enjoy today, on Halloween, beginning with a Witch Paddle at our harbor this morning, a fun tradition that occurs all over California, and perhaps where you live as well.

We also have a late afternoon neighborhood block party, followed by an evening Halloween party at our social boat club that will include live music.
Tomorrow we leave for a one week family cruise up the Pacific Coastline, then immediately upon our return we head north up to the central coast wine region to meet up with our social wine club for a fun three days of events. We're actually leaving directly from the cruise port, so our suitcases hold clothes for both events.
I look forward to catching up with my posts once we return. Until then, live big . . . we only go around once!

ReplyDeleteIt's been a great day, and I am feeling beyond fortunate to be living the life we are. And of course, there are no guarantees at what tomorrow will bring, so I am trying as hard as I can to embrace every opportunity. That includes my downtime as well - I have many choices here at home that bring a quiet contentment. Striking the right balance is our ongoing challenge as humans.
