Happy Thanksgiving!
I hit the easy button this year. A smoked turkey breast, gravy, and stuffing from Gelsons, pumpkin pie courtesy of a realtor, homemade cranberry sauce made yesterday, and a saute of green beans and mushrooms - the only item I'll need to cook up today.
Otherwise, I'm volunteering at a race this morning in that the proceeds benefit one of my volunteer organizations, taking a walk at the harbor with visiting family, having Thanksgiving meal at the house followed by sunset viewing at the beach and dessert back at the house.
