No Sugar and Less Food Efforts
Not much to report this week due to so many family distractions. I did stick with my plan, I did avoid sugar, I did get in as many miles as I could.
I look forward to achieving my goal in the next few weeks. I'm ready to add a few more calories back into my day. Although I've become accustomed to eating less, I am very much looking forward to upping my daily calories by some 400-500, which should be the sweet spot for maintaining my new weight, vs continuing to lose more.

ReplyDeleteI've been at this for so many months - five - it's a bit crazy to realize I'm almost there. My motivation to keep the pounds off is that I really do not want to have to go through this again. It was HARD.
